Jacque Day
Reporter
Jacque Day grew up in Greater Pittsburgh and moved on to Chicago, where she scouted locations for movies, worked as a journalist and book editor, and produced two seasons for the Discovery Health Channel. A longtime supporter and aficionado of public radio, Jacque jumped at the chance to work for WKMS after relocating to Murray to join her childhood soul mate, MSU faculty member Dr. Arthur Pallone. Now Jacque Pallone to her family, she has co-written or contributed to several books, including Images of America: West Ridge, Images of America: Rogers Park, The Armchair Reader Book of Incredible Information, and Science Fiction America. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in creative nonfiction writing, and serves as assistant managing editor for the national literary journal New Madrid, based out of Murray State University.
