Previously drivers in Tennessee could refuse a blood alcohol content test but they would face losing their licenses for violating the "implied consent" law. The law passed this year allows police to seek search warrants for blood samples. Police have held "no refusal" enforcement periods during several holidays this year. Jeanne Carroll is set for arraignment in Calloway County Circuit Court on Tuesday for a DUI first offense. Murray State University Police arrested Carroll around 1:30 pm on October 2 in a campus parking lot. &nbsp;Police received a call of a possible medical emergency near the Information and Technology building. A report WKMS obtained through an Open Records request says Carroll smelled strongly of alcohol and had trouble speaking and standing. The Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports police stopped Alternative School Principal Eduard Michael Stephens, 55, in his truck Saturday night on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Police say Stephens admitted to having had two rum and Cokes, then failed a sobriety test. Stephens is free on $750 bail.
