Jeanne Carroll is set for arraignment in Calloway County Circuit Court on Tuesday for a DUI first offense. Murray State University Police arrested Carroll around 1:30 pm on October 2 in a campus parking lot. &nbsp;Police received a call of a possible medical emergency near the Information and Technology building. A report WKMS obtained through an Open Records request says Carroll smelled strongly of alcohol and had trouble speaking and standing.
