Murray, KY – Carroll Hubbard has previously served in the Kentucky legislature and the US House of Representatives. The attorney is now the Democratic nominee and he'll face off against Senator Winters for the First District State Senate seat. Angela Hatton spoke with Hubbard about his plans for Frankfort.
