The Kentucky Animal Control Advisory Board is inviting county and metro governments to apply for matching grants for spay and neuter needs.
According to a release from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, up to $2,000 in grants will be awarded, on a competitive basis, to each applicant.
Matches are not required, but preference will be given to those who can provide the highest amount of matching dollars. Additional consideration will be given to mandatory programs. The deadline to apply is July 15.
Kentucky county or metro governments interested in applying for spay/neuter grants may download the application at kyspayneuter.com/documents/GrantApplication.pdf. Email all documents and required attachments to email@example.com. No faxed applications or mailings will be accepted.
