Election analysis with Dr. Winfield Rose

Murray, KY – The contrasts between Tuesday's election results across the country and in Kentucky can appear to be dissonant and somehow obvious at the same time. Todd Hatton speaks with University Professor Dr. Winfield Rose. He has taught political science at Murray State for 29 years, and written extensively in the area of public policy. Dr. Rose sees the vote as a matter of timing, and doesn't believe Kentucky's GOP has much to fix.
