Former Circuit Court Judge Dennis Foust is the new superintendent of Marshall County’s Parks Department.
Foust stepped down from the 42nd Circuit last year after 18 years on the job. He will replace Larry Whitt, who resigned earlier this year, in managing Draffenville’s Mike Miller Park. Benton and Calvert City's parks are managed by those cities' governments.
Foust’s appointment was recommended by the Parks Department board and the Marshall County Fiscal Court. He starts work next week.
