The former Kuttawa City Clerk who went missing and was later located in Tennessee is now lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
Kentucky State Police have served arrest warrants for Katie Harrison and Clayton Harrison on Sunday after they were extradited back to the commonwealth.
KSP began an investigation into financial irregularities at the Kuttawa City Clerk's office in July.
The arrest warrant for Katie Harrison is for 24 counts of second-degree forgery. The warrant for Clayton Harrison is for 10 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Both are class D felonies.
