Fulton Co. High School Teacher Charged with Rape Involving Student

A Fulton County High School teacher is charged with 3rd degree rape involving a minor.

Kentucky State Police arrested 25-year-old Charlotte Netz of Union City after receiving a complaint in late January of inappropriate behavior with a 17 year old student.

Third-degree rape is a class D felony.

Netz was arrested in Union City and extradited back to Kentucky on February 3. An investigation is continuing.
