Mayfield will vote June 28th whether to allow the sale of packaged alcohol.

Alcohol sales supporters only needed 424 signatures verified of the 1,300 they submitted last week to bring the referendum.

Though Graves County rejected county-wide sales in January, County Clerk Barry Kennemore says 7 of 9 city precincts voted wet. Supporter Phil Myers previously said that makes him feel optimistic the city will vote yes to packaged liquor sales.
