Paducah, KY – Paducah Police are asking the public for help in finding a missing autistic woman. 20-year-old Kayla Burgess was last seen outside Lourdes Hospital, where her aunt is employed. An Amber Alert has been issued. Burgess is a five-foot tall white woman weighing around 87 pounds. She has green eyes and brown hair and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black glasses, a black peacoat and a black Fedora hat. Anyone with information contact local authorities.
