Paducah Woman Dies in Car Crash

Paducah, KY – Wintry mix on the roadways has claimed the life of a West Paducah woman. 36-year-old Melissa Trimble died from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident on U-S Highway 62. Trimble lost control of her vehicle this morning due to ice and sleet on the roadway, striking a utility pole. Trimble was the sole occupant of her vehicle, and was not believed to be using her seatbelt.
