State Flags Ordered to Half Staff July 27

Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear has ordered flags at all state office building to half staff on Friday in honor of last week’s Colorado shooting victims. A presidential order last week placed all federal building flags at half staff.

Beshear encourages individuals and businesses to also lower their flags.
