Tenn. Man Arrested in Ky. Slaying
A Tennessee man has been charged with running over a woman with his van and killing her in Murray. Calloway County deputies say James Cook of McLemoresville, Tenn., is also charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and leaving the scene of the accident. The victim was Desiree Moore of Puryear, Tenn. Maj. Clayton Hendricks says Cook and Moore were both in the van, but Moore got out during an argument. Hendricks says Cook ran over her at least twice with the van.
