UPDATE: Man Drives Into Bank Window In Murray, One Injured

Local police say a man exited 12th Street and drove into Regions Bank in Murray, Ky. at around 3:30 p.m.

UPDATE 9:15 p.m. 

Murray Police said in a press release that the man responsible for driving through the front glass of a local bank acted intentionally.

Police arrested 29-year-old Dennis McCuiston of Murray Thursday afternoon after he exited 12th street and drove into Regions bank on the south side of Murray.

McCuiston injured one person located inside the bank. The individual was transported to Murray Calloway County Hospital. Police did not release the name of the person or details involving the person's injuries.

Police have charged the driver with first-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief.

One person was transported to a local hospital after a man drove through the window of a bank in the south side of Murray.

The driver is in custody.

The injured person was transported to Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Police on the scene say the incident is under investigation and will provide more information in a press release.
