(Update) Sporting Goods Store in Paducah on Fire, Setting Off Ammunition

Update: KYTC says the site is clear and the road is open.

A sporting goods store in Paducah was on fire Wednesday night, setting off ammunition. 

McCracken County Sheriff's Department posted on Facebook a photo of a portion of Paducah Shooter's Supply in flames. Police are warning people to avoid the area of Cairo Road.

County and city fire departments are on the scene as well as local police. The ammunition is creating a hazardous condition for responders.

According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Kentucky 305/Cairo Road is blocked in the 3900 block between US 45 and I-24. Estimated duration is three hours.
