The following school districts have cancelled classes for Thursday, March 6:
Schools:
- Hopkinsville Community and Technical College closed
- South Central Community and Technical College closed
- West Kentucky Community and Technical College closed
- Ballard County Schools closed
- Calloway County Schools - staff only, no students. Staff report for work at regular times.
- Caldwell County Schools closed
- Carlisle County Schools closed
- Christian County Schools closed
- Crittenden County Schools closed
- Graves County Schools closed
- Hopkins County Schools closed
- Henry County Schools (TN) closed
- Livingston County Schools closed
- Lyon County Schools closed
- Marshall County Schools closed
- Masaac County Unit 1 Schools closed
- Mayfield Independent Schools closed
- McCracken County Schools closed
- Montgomery County Schools (TN) closed
- Murray Independent Schools closed Thursday AND Friday
- Paducah Public Schools will remain closed Thursday
- Todd County Schools closed
- Trigg County Schools closed
- University Heights Academy closed
Other cancellations:
- Barkley Regional Airport has cancelled United Airlines afternoon arrival and departures through Chicago. As of 2:00pm, the late flight is still expected as scheduled.
- The Murray State University History Department has announced that Thursday's West Kentucky History Competition has been canceled. For more information about possible rescheduling, contact Stephanie Carpenter.
