WKMS AUDIT REPORT

 

As a non-profit public radio station, WKMS depends on direct local financial support to pay for our broadcast operations including the creation of locally produced shows and the acquisition of national and internationl programs. We depend on several sources of funding: listeners and businesses within our broadcast community, Murray State University, and the the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. All figures below are as of September, 2005.

 

 

 

 


 

Mission Statement: WKMS broadcasts National Public Radio and local programs that inform enrich, and entertain in concert with the mission of Murray State University. WKMS skilled staff, students and volunteers serve listeners with comprehensive music and information programs that reflect current affairs, history and cultures.
