Paducah Symphony Orchestra Conductor and Artistic Director Raffaele Ponti will extend his tenure with the PSO through 2016. Executive Director Daniel Sene announced the extension to audience members at Saturday’s symphony season opener.
Three companies have been awarded up to $20 million in contacts to repair the Bird's Point Levee. The levee was blow last year to prevent flooding in Fulton County, Kentucky and Cairo, Illinois.
