Paducah, KY – The Paducah-McCracken County Convention Center Corporation is looking at a $200,000 shortfall for the next fiscal year beginning in July. On top of that, the organization announced yesterday it has no funds to cover $400,000 in immediate equipment needs and past due bills. The Paducah Sun reports Chairman Jim Sigler plans to soon again pitch for financial help to Paducah City Commissioners and McCracken Fiscal Court members. The Convention Center Corporation operates the Julian Carroll Convention Center and the Paducah Expo Center.
