Madisonville, KY – Residents trying to reach city departments in Madisonville may have difficulty as the administration switches to a new service provider. City Clerk Jenna Munger says they are switching from AT&T to Dialog, for an annual savings of more than $11,000. Munger says residents with AT&T landlines can't call the city until the switch is complete at the end of the week. Affected residents should use cell phones.
