Paducah, KY – McCracken County Circuit Judge Tim Kaltenbach swore in Paducah's four city commissioners at city hall last night. The re-elected officials begin their next term starting in January. Richard Abraham, Carol Gault, Gayle Kaler and Gerald Watkins all swear they'll uphold the Constitution of the United States and of the Commonwealth, do their duties to the best of their abilities and that they haven't participated in any duels using deadly weapons.
