Paris, Tenn. – Eighty-mile-per hour winds tore through Henry County Monday night. Emergency Management Director Ron Watkins reports they're still assessing the county-wide damage, and that 10,000 customers are without power as of this morning. Crews are clearing away downed trees, and Watkins says about 20 homes sustained substantial damage from fallen trees. He also reports one person was injured when a tree fell on the individual's mobile home. That individual is hospitalized. No further information is available at this time.
