Crittenden County, Ky. – Cave-In-Rock Ferry resumed service Thursday afternoon. It was closed for more than a month due to near-record floodwaters on the Ohio River. The ferry operator says this was the longest floodwater-related closure in recent memory. The ferry connects Kentucky Route 91 with Illinois Route 1 across the Ohio River between Crittenden County, Kentucky, and Hardin County, Illinois.
