McCracken County, KY – FEMA disaster recovery centers in McCracken and Livingston Counties are scheduled to open at 1:00 this afternoon to help those affected by the recent severe weather and flooding. McCracken County's office is set up at the Convention Expo Center on Park Avenue. Livingston County's is being held at the Ledbetter Fire Station on US 60 West. Federal Coordinating Officer Steve Ward tells the Paducah Sun the centers are a great way for those affected by disasters to have their questions answered and to meet face-to-face with recovery experts. The centers will be open from 10 to 7 weekdays and from 10 to 5 on Saturdays.
