Kentucky Democrats have filed an ethics complaint against Agriculture Commissioner Richie Farmer alleging he used state funds to buy a refrigerator for his home. The complaint also accuses Farmer of using a state vehicle for personal use without reporting the mileage. Farmer spokesman Bill Clary says two refrigerators were purchased with state money and one was placed in Farmer's home. Clary says Farmer used it while working at home, but it later returned to the Agriculture Commissioner's office. Clary says the second refrigerator has yet to be found.
