Murray, KY – Families and friends of 75 Kentucky National Guard soldiers will have reason to celebrate this holiday season. The soldiers, who've been deployed to Iraq for six months, will be coming home this week. They're members of the 149th Brigade Support Battalion's Bravo Company, which is part of the 149th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade. The brigade deployed more than 1,300 troops to Iraq this past June in the Kentucky Guard's largest overseas deployment since World War II. The soldiers will return to the Kentucky National Guard Armory in Bowling Green Thursday.
