The Hotel Metropolitan in Paducah hosts a Quilt Show this Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The "Quilts of the Lower Mississippi Delta" exhibit is curated by Dr. Nancy Dawson. Also featured are Quilting QuomicKatsyChappell and Dr. Alicestyne Turley, who speaks on "Quilts from the Underground Railroad."
The Murray State University Horticulture Club holds its annual plant sale this Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.
