Family and friends are holding a birthday party in memory of one of the Marshall County High School shooting victims.
Bailey Nicole Holt would have turned 16 on May 15th this year. Holt was killed when a classmate opened fireinside the school in late January.
Her memorial birthday celebration will be held that day at the Calvert City Drive-In. Gates open at 4:30 pm with a balloon release beginning at 7:30 pm.
The Drive-In will show one of Holt’s favorite movies, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.
Tickets are $5 for adults. Children age 11 and under are free. All proceeds made at the gate will got to the Bailey Holt Memorial Nursing Scholarship.
