Former KSP Trooper Pleads Guilty to Misconduct, Will Serve 30 Days in Jail

  A former Kentucky State Police trooper accused of inappropriate contact with a minor has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and will serve 30 days in jail.

Donald Crawford entered his plea Tuesday morning in a Livingston County courtroom. He is under deferred prosecution until July 2017, after which his official misconduct charge will be dismissed if he meets certain conditions.

Crawford resigned last August after nine years on the force.

A proud native of Murray, Kentucky, Allison grew up roaming the forests of western Kentucky and visiting national parks across the country. She graduated in 2014 from Murray State University where she studied Environmental Sustainability, Television Production, and Spanish.
