Kentucky Coronavirus Cases Top 10,000

The number of coronavirus cases in Kentucky now exceeds 10,000, according to a tweet from Governor Andy Beshear.

State Public Health Commissioner Steven Stack said 131 new positive cases were reported Sunday with zero deaths. He confirmed 214 new cases Monday with eight new deaths. Stack said the state is working to expand contact tracing and testing as the pandemic continues to harm Kentuckians.
