KSP Searches For Inmate Escaped from Western Kentucky Correction Complex

KSP

The Kentucky State Police is on the lookout for an escaped inmate from the Western Kentucky Correction Complex near Eddyville.

At approximately 9PM last night, staff at the facility contacted the KSP after a head count discovered an inmate missing.

Lostia M. Shreves of Cecilia, Ky is described as a 40-year-old white female, 5’7’’ with short brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, Khaki pants, white t-shirt, a fisherman-style hat and black boots at the time of her escape.  Shreves is serving time for a probation violation.  The charges that led to her violation were: Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, unlawful Distribution of Meth Precursors 1st offense and Burglary 3rd degree.

It is possible Shreves may have changed clothing as a grey sweatshirt and other inmate clothing was located near the Complex grounds.
