The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking public feedback as part of a study on transportation issues in Mayfield.
A statement from KYTC says the study will look at safety and congestion issues in the western Kentucky city. Transportation engineer Kyle Poat says the goal is to identify short-term enhancements and long-term projects for future planning. He says engineers need help in identifying highways that could better serve the public.
People can give feedback online via https://bit.ly/2VfER8k through Aug. 14. The GIS-based platform allows viewers to drop a pin and leave a description to indicate conditions at specific locations that may be worthy of additional study.
