Mayfield students will get a day off this week to cheer on the football team. Mayfield Independent Schools will be closed this Friday, December 6th to allow faculty, staff and students to support the Mayfield Cardinal Football team at the state championship game.
The Cardinals will be defending their championship title against the Williamsburg Yellowjackets at Western Kentucky University’s Houchens Industries L.T. Smith Stadium.
The game begins Friday at 11 AM.
Classes resume on normal schedule Monday.
The make-up day will be Friday, December 20th.
