McCracken County Property Value Administrator Nancy Bock resigned Friday after accusations of theft and forgery.
Her attorney Mark Bryant says she is going into retirement.
Bryant says Bock has been working with Kentucky State Police since before her indictment was presented and says she is “tremendously sorrowful.”
He says an arrest warrant would likely come Monday. Kentucky State Police is handling the matter.
The McCracken County PVA office says that Larry Geib has filled the position.
Bock won the Democratic Primary in May.
