Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes is reminding all corporations and companies registered and authorized to do business in Kentucky to file an annual report and pay a $15 filing fee no later than June 30.

Businesses can file their reports and pay in person at the Secretary of State’s office or by mail. Those already registered can obtain pre-populated reports online.

Businesses that fail to file by June 30 will receive a 60-day notice. Failure to comply with the notice will result in administrative dissolution or revocation of authority to do business in the commonwealth.
