Trigg County Public Schools Will Be Providing Summer Meals

Trigg County Public Schools will provide meals for all county children throughout the summer. Beginning May 17, children ages 2-18 will be able to pick up no-cost meals from the cafeteria pick-up locations.

Cafeteria pick-up will be available Monday through Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. from May 17 through May 28, June 1-18, and July 12-23. Meals will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Seven delivery locations will be available beginning June 1 including Cadiz Housing Authority, Martindale Drive, Linton, Canton, Main Street, Rockcastle, and Roaring Springs. Multiple meals will be delivered at one time at these seven locations. The delivery dates are June 1,3,8,10, 15,17.

The Cadiz Housing Authority food pick-up will be from 10:30-11 a.m. at 102 Lincoln Avenue. Martindale pick up will be from 11:15-11:45 a.m. on Martindale Drive. Linton pick up will be from 10-10:30 a.m. at Linton United Methodist Church. Canton pick up will be from 11-11:30 a.m. at Lakeview 1 Stop. Main Street pick up will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at 266 Main Street at the old “Save on Drugs” building. Rockcastle pick up will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m at the Trigg-Lyon Volunteer Fire Department. Roaring Springs pick up will be from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Roaring Springs Christian Church.
