UPDATE: 2 Missing Juveniles Found Safe in Murray

MPD

Update:  The 2 juveniles who went missing from an RV park in Murray this morning have been found.

Calloway County Emergency Manager Bill Call says the children were found on N 4th Street just before 3 o'clock.  He says they are reported to be safe and are being returned to their parents.

Original Story: The Murray Police Department is searching for two juveniles who went missing this morning.

MPD says one of the juveniles is a 13 year-old female, approximately 5 ft tall with shoulder length blonde hair, possibly wearing black flip-flops.  The other juvenile is a 10 year-old male, approximately 5 ft tall, blonde hair and possibly wearing teal-colored shoes.

They were last seen around 10:30 am this morning at the Holly Green RV Park off of Coldwater Road in Murray.

Calloway County Emergency Manager Bill Call says there's a possibility that the children may be traveling on their own accord, and that they may be moving towards a relative in Lexington, Ky.

The children were last seen carrying food, camping tools and possibly a hammer.

Call says the family is not local to Murray and had only been in the city for about two weeks.

As of 2:15pm, an Amber Alert has not been issued.
