Calloway Co 3rd healthiest KY county

Calloway County is the third healthiest county in Kentucky according to a new online report from The University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The 2012 County Health Rankings detail the nation’s health county-by-county, and provides information on residents’ life expectancy and overall health. The rankings assess factors such as education rates, income levels, and access to medical care and healthy foods. In Kentucky, Calloway is the only western county in the top ten. Lyon ranks 12^th, while Fulton County ranks near the bottom at one hundred and eleven.
