Bulletproof: A Lesbian's Guide to Surviving the Plot (Cinema Systers Film Festival Preview)

Bulletproof: A Lesbian's Guide to Surviving the Plot (Cinema Systers Film Festival Preview)

Cinema Systers Film Festival is coming up Memorial Day Weekend (May 22-25, 2025).

In advance of Cinema Systers Film Festival, Maiden Alley Cinema in Downtown Paducah, Kentucky, in conjunction with My Syster's Art, Inc. and Paducah Pride United Together is previewing BULLETPROOF - A LESBIAN’S GUIDE TO SURVIVING THE PLOT by filmmaker Regan Latimer of Toronto, Canada. Latimer said “With queer rights seemingly now more threatened than ever, and all that progress in jeopardy of being erased, I knew this was the moment for this film.”

All are welcome!

Cinema Systers is the only film festival in the USA which features globally- sourced films made exclusively by lesbian filmmakers. Festival producer Laura Petrie said “Why do we need a film festival dedicated to showcasing lesbian produced films, you may ask? BULLETPROOF will explain that need.”

Come see the film BULLETPROOF A LESBIAN’S GUIDE TO SURVIVING THE PLOT on Saturday, April 26th 7pm at Maiden Alley Cinema in downtown Paducah, Kentucky. Tickets are $7 and $9 and can be reserved online via the Maiden Alley Cinema website.

Tickets for Cinema Systers Film Festival can be purchased online at www.CinemaSysters.com. This year’s film festival dates are May 22-25, 2025 (Memorial Day Weekend).
