Kentucky – The rough economic outlook across the country and in many states has forced the cost of higher education, well, higher. And now, even the price of college textbooks has increased, and that has some southern states concerned. A report says leaders in 16 states, including West Virginia, Virginia and Tennessee are working to hold down their cost. Kentucky Public Radio's Charles Compton has more.
