Murray, KY – The international foods section of any Murray grocery store may not match the selection you'd find in a larger city, but it is indicative of a growing Chinese community in our region. And an impetus for the larger number of residents and visitors from China may stem in part from Murray State's faculty, student and community exchanges. The University's interest began in earnest with the opening of China, and as Kate Lochte discovers, it's grown through the accrual of relationships, both institutional and personal.
