Campanile Productions, Hopkinsville’s primary community theater company, is bringing their most popular production to the Historic Alhambra Theater. Tickets are on sale now for five performances on October 17th through the 20th.

Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz, continues to thrill audiences worldwide.

Our cast and crew have been working hard to put together this spectacular production of the Wizard of Oz for the community. It is a classic story with plenty of special effects. It is a perfect family show or date night or even a night out with friends.

Guests are encouraged but not required to get in the Halloween spirit by dressing as your favorite Wizard of Oz character. If you don’t want to be a character, then wear your flashiest green attire as a fellow Ozian of the Emerald City. Campanile Productions director, Jeff Riggs says, “We just want our patrons to have fun, be creative, make a memory and enjoy the show”.
