If you love hummingbirds, this is the event for you! August brings hundreds of hummingbirds through our area as they migrate south to Central America. You can see as many as 250 in a day at the Nature Station. Join us to celebrate this natural spectacle and watch these backyard beauties buss around native plants and feeders, fueling up for the next leg of their journey. As you enjoy the hummingbirds, learn how you can make your own Wild Backyard by making your yard a haven for all wildlife. Stop by the native plant sale or Pollinator Photo Gallery; enjoy backyard habitat programs and shop from local artists all weekend!
