McCracken County, KY – Kentucky's Republican Senate Candidate Rand Paul will not be speaking at this weekend's St. John's picnic in McCracken County. Picnic official Kyle Poat says Paul's campaign confirmed today that conflicting engagements prohibit Paul from the political speaking portion of the evening. The campaign did say Paul would be at the picnic from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday to meet attendees. Poat says all other scheduled candidates, including Paul's opponent democrat Jack Conway, are confirmed to speak.
