Murray, KY – Calloway County Circuit Judge Dennis Foust yesterday handed down prison sentences to two people convicted in separate second-degree manslaughter cases. 38-year-old Kelly Agee is sentenced to serve seven years in prison for shooting her former boyfriend after he violated a domestic violence order. 22-year-old James P'Poole is sentenced to serve 10 years in prison for a DUI-related traffic accident which resulted in the death of a Camden truck driver. Both Agee and P'Poole will be eligible for parole once they serve 20% of their prison terms.
