Murray, KY – Kentucky voters will decide next year whether to make hunting and fishing constitutional rights. The House gave final approval today to legislation that proposes amending the state Constitution to guarantee rights to hunt and fish. The National Rifle Association has been encouraging states to adopt similar legislation and so far, 14 states have made hunting and fishing a constitutional right. Kentucky voters will see the issue on ballots in November 2012.
