Murray, KY – The Murray State University Board of Regents meets today for its quarterly session. Among the agenda items is a discussion of funding an extended campus in Paducah. McCracken County and the city of Paducah have pledged support for funding bonds to build the facility, which would replace the Crisp Center. It would also expand four year degree offerings for students transferring from West Kentucky Community and Technical College. The board will also consider tuition increases for the fall. The Kentucky Council on Post-Secondary Education has capped tuition increases for regional universities at five percent.
