Murray, KY – With the help of Kentucky State Police, Graves County sheriffs arrested Charles Rodgers, Jr. of Mayfield Sunday evening after receiving a tip from an informant. Rodgers had been evading police since late April when he was captured on Central Road near Highway 339 in Mayfield. He had been traveling in a stolen van with his 20 year old daughter Chelsie who was reported missing a week ago. Police don't know if she was accompanying Rodgers willingly. Rodgers is facing charges of sex abuse, burglary and theft in Kentucky. He also faces charges of theft and forgery in Tennessee and Indiana. He is being lodged in the Graves County Jail.
