Paducah, KY – The McCracken County Jail plans to make security upgrades this week. This comes on the heels of last week's jail break by inmate Daryl Scott. Jailer Bill Adams says there is nothing wrong with the current security system, but somebody figured it out. It is believed Scott escaped using a rope made of pants, and received help from other inmates. The Paducah Sun reports security changes are not expected to be costly, and should be completed within a week.
